एक दाग वो दिल से मैं मिटा ही ना पाया,लाख चाहा पर वो लम्हा भुला ही ना पाया,हम रूठे है लेकिन, कोई हमसे भी आकर पूछे,हम खुद रूठे है, या उनसे मनाया ही ना गया

After this Late Evening, I'm in a dilemma, What can we think and say about the Corporate minds, policies and Cultures -:

Can we love them - No Never, Can we Hate Them - No Never, because they're not deserving that also.

Can we go on the path they decided for us – No, because it confuse to make our choices, can we oppose them – No, because they can ruin the career.

Can we choose some other option – No, because they said it is you behind all piece of work, Can we stay – No, Because they said what you did here till date.

Can we go on leave – No, because they said, you're the only option available, Can we work continue – they said you never go on leave and you're unbalancing your life.

Can we sit with them – No, because they feel fear from us, Can we move away – No, because they don't let us go.

When we said something right they said, I'll check for that, When we said something wrong, they said you are destroying the work environment.

When they something, it means he is right always, for any reason if they are wrong, they said it is the policies that make them to behave like that.

"We are employees and not slaves, why the corporates behaves with us like a whore, when they need we must need to available, when they not require, we are not of use."
