"Success demands
Sacrifice, Determination and more than that a "FAILURE"

One of the furious word floating in the mind continuously, across the people of world is "FAILURE", the low and very lose "WILLPOWER" to give up, but the very big question arise here is "WHY", the word failure exist in this world, where everything meant to achieve, when nature is ready to give every desire you want, why we're going to put our willpower, our dignity, our attitude just because we think, we're not capable, but again a question arise, "WHO" is here to define our capability....?? and there is no answer.

Someone define failure, as not to achieved the set targets.
Someone define failure, as miss of an important meeting.
Someone define failure, as not to do well as per expectation in XYZ area.

But who sets the target ? who has brought the competition in the world ? How can any one generalize and put a question on person's ability, even the person self is not allowed to raise a finger on his/er own capability. both the word failure and success are directly proportional to each other.

Fail, Fail again and Fail better.
Succeed, Succeed again and Succeed better.

"FAILURE" - "Is anyone in this world be able to define till today what actually failure stands for....??" The word "FAILURE" in itself is very wrong

When we're proceed to talk about success and failure, the word failure itself is a highway to success, failure itself is an option, Tom Watson Sr. said - "If you wants to succeed in your life, make double your failure". when we're going back to history (of any civilization), we can saw that every success had first encountered with a very big "failure". the history is full of such peoples, who takes the defeat as a detour and not as a dead end, they takes the failure as a challenges, they just come back with more strength. and when someday, at the right time you're at the very right place, the people not present to make sorrow on your failures, but they come to enjoy your success. The mantra for being success defined in the language of Successful people is "Don't do the big & great things, let's try to do the small things in a big and great way". decide what is important to you and take small steps everyday even though it doesn’t seem like it’s working. Success doesn’t happen without failures, It’s reality.

I'm not going to share the history of many peoples like a fairy tale, but these are a very few name (among many of them), history need to take care always.

Abraham Lincoln, Walt disney -  the perfect example of vision (faced uncountable rejection), Lee de forest (Having 180 patents on his name, once was publicly humiliated, can imagine), Thomas edison (failed more than 10,000 times during discovery of light bulb), Young Beethoven (thank god Young Beethoven can only write the music, he is not capable to do anything more - People says). these are a few perfect example of visionary people who looks the beauty and believe in their dream's. there are many more such example.

Failure never defines the "CAPABILITIES", it only measures the "DETERMINATION".

The very well said line of Joe Paterno - "Make a sense, Success without Honor is like a unseasoned dish, it will satisfy your hunger but it won't tastes good, lets do the little things right and the big things will talk care of themselves".
