“Changes need to INITIATE”

In which century are we living, everyone know the answer, it is 21st century, a very vast and fast century, But in fact we are also living in a century which is full of Globalisation, Democratization, Humanization, Overpopulation, Poverty, Disease, Terrorism, Religion fighting, Gender Inequality, Politics, Corruption, Narrow minded thinking and many more.

In this growing or destructing Century -
Where do WE stand....?
What is our role....?
What do we want....?
Who are we and why are we here....?
What can we do for the world or rather if the world needs us to do something....?

Every single day you wake up; go to school, college, office. You do your home responsibilities, care for kids or parents, have fun with friends or just stay alone.

Every single day you are a small part of this machine with 6 billion elements.

And every single day you don’t care how this machine is working and if one day it just stops and refuses to move any further.

And when you think you can/should/have to change something, a dishonorable thought crawls into your mind “Why me? Someone else could do it.”

Somehow we never hesitate to complain.
About economy, about politics, about ecology.
About youngsters who have no idea what respect means.
About the seniors who are never satisfied with what we have to offer.
About schools which don’t give qualitative education anymore.
About politicians who act for their own advantage only.
About government which never follows proposed course.
About the prices rising. Poverty level increasing.
About the corruption increased on daily basis.

But somehow we forget that in the end, it is only “US” who make up society, we who have chosen this government, us who act unwise in hope that someone else would take up our responsibility. Hell no! Nobody will. Because in the end everyone gets what they deserve. And it seems we deserve this world full of degradation, pain, fears, deaths. Because we are INDIFFERENT, IGNORANT and the most importantly SELFISH.

Because we hope for someone to come and help us. Because we expect someone to change the world for us. Because we are comfortable where we are and it feels good enough to live in illusion of facing the great future which again SOMEONE will prepare for us. The only thing is that NOBODY will change the world for us unless and until we do it ourselves. It’s easier to blame the problems on someone else. When we let go of our efforts to change other people, we take responsibility for our own growth and change. We can turn things around only by realizing we are a part of this. Not a part of a crowd but a part of intelligent humans who want to change the world by their small deeds which turn out to be not that small.

We should be able to take up a responsibility of being citizens of this planet. Should be able to make choices. Take the weight for these choices and live up to them. Spending the rest of our lives without any fears for the future of planet. Without the fear that our children will blame us for being so coward to fight for what we love, being too lazy to stand up for what we believe, being too irresponsible and in the end for screwing up.
It is so easy to keep your eyes shut and pretend as if nothing is happening. In this case there is a misconception that we can’t be blamed for anything. But there can’t be a bigger self-deception than this one. Doing nothing is worse than taking this responsibility up and fail.

It is our duty to accept responsibility, to possess courage, confidence and vitality; and inspire others to hope for a better future. Only together we can do it.
You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can choose any direction to go. You’re on your own. And you know what you know. And YOU are the one who will decide where to go.

But then you can go together with many or you can hide. Choice is always yours.

REMEMBER ALWAYS - “NOBODY will change the world for us unless and until we do it ourselves. Everyone is expecting to change the world, No one trying to change themselves, We have to accept responsibility & never expect things to happen, We need to struggle with them and make them happen.”

A Sweet Story

When I was a kid, my Mom liked to cook food and every now & then I remember she used to cook for us. One night in particular when she had made dinner after a long hard day at work, Mom placed a plate of bread jam and extremely burned toast in front of my dad. I was waiting to see if anyone noticed the burnt toast. But Dad just ate his toast and asked me how was my day at school. I don't remember what I told him that night, but I do remember I heard Mom apologizing to dad for burning the toast. And I'll never forget what he said: "Honey, I love burned toast." Later that night, I went to kiss Daddy good night and I asked him if he really liked his toast burned. He wrapped me in his arms and said, "Your momma put in a long hard day at work today and she was really tired. And besides, A burnt toast never hurts anyone but harsh words do!" You know, life is full of imperfect things and imperfect people I'm not the best at hardly anything, and I forget birthdays and anniversaries just like everyone else. What I've learned over the years, is that learning to accept each others faults and choosing to celebrate each other’s differences, is one of the most important keys to creating a healthy, growing, and lasting relationship. Life is too short to wake up with regrets. Love the people who treat you right and have compassion for the ones who don't.

ENJOY LIFE NOW.

It comes with an expiry date.:)

“My Regret”

Every living creature of Universe have feelings and emotions in their own definitions, As I know, Among all of them, We human being are most sensitive and feels that feeling most, With all the emotions, human beings have the capability of feeling, the highs of love and happiness, and the lows of hate and jealousy, one of the most powerful emotions of them all is regret.

Regret - It’s the one that keeps you awake at night, in the darkness, the one which haunts you with words you should have said, things you should have done, chances and opportunities missed. It’s the one which doesn’t take much. It’s the curse of the indecisive, the shy, fated to ever question their actions, looking back with a sigh and sad daydreams of the could have beens, the should have beens. And yet it is unavoidable. No matter how hard you try to live your life without the pressure of potential regrets, they sneak up on you. Most often when you’re not looking.

But sometimes, the knowledge you’ll regret not doing something isn’t enough to make you do it. Sometimes fear gets in the way, sometimes it’s hope. Fear that you’ll do it wrong. Hope that someone else will do it for you.

My regrets could fill a whole book. There were words I should have said, things I should have done, chances and opportunities I missed. But none of them haunted me like this one. None of them tortured me in the very darkest depths of the night as I lay alone in bed quite like this one.

My biggest regret.....? Not following my heart, Not following what actually I think, Not to say, what really I want to represent, Not following the most beautiful twinkle of my “LIFE”.

"The tragedy of life is not so much what men suffer, but rather what they miss" .............Thomas Carlyle.
