The Life

"The Life"

When there is a Hope there is always a "LIFE"

Meaning of Life "Life is a life - Fight with it"

We are human being's, and why do we call ourselves human..? We call ourselves humans because we've a different structure than animals. we're the most intelligent creature on the universe known by us, we've ability to define our potentiality, our future, our capacities and most important a purpose of life.

What is the purpose of life? On a day when you are bursting with happiness, did you ask this question? No Only when life gets a little sedate and depressing you ask You need a purpose to life. only when being alive is not sufficient Right now, the biggest thing in your life is that you are alive. The stock market going up or down is not the biggest thing, the positions in the organization is not a big thing, the hunger to reach & find everything is not ultimately our life's destination, earning money more & more is only our dilemma including anger, which is the basic reason to fade the real happiness of lives. the infinite race to win every race, to achieve every position, to earn more money are like an illusion's, it can satisfied your lust for a while but can't finish hungers of your heart, and it demands more and more each and every time. the purpose of life is to being alive, and take care of your health, the best first and last success of life. Everything else is secondary But most people are not aware of it Something did not happen or did happen — these are the biggest issues for them, the other purpose is to make presence of your life as a legend, be the person of your heart not what world's look into you, for example we always feel comfort when you wear the dresses of our choice, we eat the food of our tastes. "Give your life a good and worth meaning".

The mind is always looking/thinking, the heart is asking for a purpose because people have not experienced life in full, If your experience of life becomes deeper, your question will disappear, When the process of life becomes absolutely par, it needs no purpose You go to work, your purpose may be to make this much money or to take care of this or that But if you go to a party, what is the purpose? No purpose — you just like to be there If life became like one big party you would not wonder what the hell its purpose is.

You just like to be there Life does not need a purpose; it is a purpose unto itself It need not lead you on to something else Just being exuberantly alive is sufficient unto itself Life does not need a purpose of reaching somewhere.

At last in single word, the ultimate meaning of life is "Self Transformation".

"Try to become a person of Values rather than the person of Success"  - Albert Einstein

Rajat Gupta - A Corporate HONCHO Fall from "GRACE"

"RAJAT GUPTA - A Role Model or ??????"
A Corporate HONCHO Fall from "GRACE"
Mr. Rajat Gupta is a good man, a business smart but it was a terrible breach of trust, said by judge before sentencing. - IBN Times on Rajat Gupta final hearing.

Name            -  Rajat Kumar Gupta
Born             -  2nd Dec. 1948 (Kolkatta, West Bengal)
Residence     -  USA
Ethnicity       - Indian American
Citizenship   - US
Alumina       - IIT Delhi (Mechanical Engineering, 1971), Harvard Business School
Occupation  - Consultant, Management expert
Employer    - Mckinsey & Company
Position       - Senior partner & MD
Criminal charges - Conspiracy (One count), Securities fraud (three count)
Criminal penalty - two years imprisonment & 5 Million $ fine
Criminal status - Convicted (Appeal pending)

Co founder of Indian School of Business in 1997 with his friend & fellow partner Anil kumar, the school ranked as number thirteen by "The financial times" in its global MBA rankings 2011.

Co founder of Indian Institute of Technology Alumni association.

Financier Mr. Rajat Gupta, a man who have had it all - Fame, Money, Fortune, Power, reputation across the world, friendship of world famous celebrities like Bill gates & Bill Clinton who already send their recommendations for him to Judge. but more than this he had his reputation as a model of uprightness, a champion. his humanity, charitable & volunteer efforts which mainly focused on the areas of education, global health & obviously global business, many don't know but global business strategy is his first love, & to achieve all his goals & motives he is already associated with a number of universities, institutions & a number of boards & in-offices.

Its very unbelievable how such a strong person can be commit a fault which would cause him to lose all of this..? is it greed for more money than the near about 84 million dollars that he already have, as said by him during a remand in court. Only a silly mistake made by Gupta knocked down his all life fame & name.

When we're going to talk about his early life, he born in Calcutta, his father was a journalist who died when Gupta was near to sixteen, his mother died after two years, now as an orphan he & his siblings decided to "live by ourselves", which was pretty unusual on those days. Gupta ranked 15th in the prestigious IIT-JEE Examination, he completed his B.tech from IIT D, in mechanical engineering & declined a job offer from ITC limited, later he received MBA from Harvard university.

When we talk about his trading conviction, he is an accused of three count of securities fraud (Taj Capital, New Silk route & some Warren buffet Shares fraud) & one count of conspiracy (Passing information about Goldman Sachs where he was director to billionaire hedge fund), he was discharged by other two security frauds filed by FBI.

At the other stage of world, apart to Bill gates & Bill Clinton, the world's renowned speaker Deepak Chopra & Mukesh Ambani were among the supporters on Gupta's registered website named as friendsofrajat.com, this website comes in role for Gupta's character witness purposes & witnessing about his promising roles in different areas including business & charity.

No one have had any idea what Rajat Gupta in actual was and why he did what he did, the answer for all questions related to Mr. Gupta can only be answered by him only. However one important point made is - why we do what we do? If we do for satisfying our desires, ego, self satisfaction or any thing else to satisfy myself than it surely this is not a service to others but self only and will bring all sort of controversies and finally downfall for self with a repentance thinking - why I did all this. When I do any thing with the purpose to serve others; whole situation changes - there is no self there so no question of all self related ills. This is "me", not that me what others see or know or think but the "me" whom I am trying to understand & take on path of service - can save from the final fall.

Mr. Gupta has to regretted what he did in last few years, I hope he would gain his lost ground in due course, he did a remarkable job to spot the Indian brilliant mind over the ages of world again but what he did at last is also enough to make a sense to rest of world that "Are we Indians are really more corrupt, more tolerant towards corruption". I'm not going to judge about such a high personality, let leave this on audience to speak over him.

Raj Rajaratnam/Galleon group/ Anil kumar & Rajat Gupta, all are found guilty by FBI & US Attorney offices, On Oct. 24th 2012, Gupta was sentenced to two years prison for leaking confidential informations to Raj Rajaratnam.

Money is in GOD or GOD is in Money

"Money is in GOD or GOD is in Money"

Sometimes i stuck with a wonderful question of of my inner voice that Who is Great..? "Money or  God....?" & every time the answer for question is unable to satisfy hunger resides in me.

Is it "Right"
In this materialistic world Money occupies Numero one position from time immemorial. But GOD does not occupy such positions becasue there are believers and non-believers of God & both believes and non-believers of love for money.

Money makes relations, gives food and clothings, It provies you a house, It gives you fame and prosperity. Money also breaks relations, God makes one's life happy, provided one believes in God. Money is accepted Universally by all religions of world. Money changes from Hindus to Muslims to Christians to Parsis to Sikhs to many other religions without any feelings, It is loved by allmost all kinds of people. Money does not show any gender biosity. It accepts by all and all people, But people all over world do not accept human beings simply on the grounds of Cast, Reglion, appearance, status etc. They fight in the name of GOD. Also money makes even nations great or poor, it changes from one region to other region and from one country to other. People gave many names to "Money" such as Rupee, Dollar, Pound etc.  Money accepts many names, But its value is same everywhere, All people accept Ruppe, Dollar or Pound etc as money. Also GOD has many names like Shiva, Ram, Allah, Budha etc. But they never accept God as one eventhough there are thousands of names attached to GOD. people fight On the name of both but one is universally accepted & other is differentiated according to religion. Also Money comes in many ways such as Salary, Property etc., But the value of Salary or Property is mesured in Money.

People pray to GOD for money, Also money gives them access to rich and famound temples, churches and also even to meet rich and famous personalities. for every success or failure they attribute to GOD.  People praise the GOD or blame the GOD. It appears that entire world is between GOD and Money. Both Money and GOD does not dictate you. Both will occupy our mind. Money helps you physically whereas GOD helps you psychologically, and a universally accepted truth "Man is dependent on both."

Then there is on question arise in mind - "God is Money or Money is in GOD....?"

During my recent journeys at different places, i found a beautiful answer for one of many question asked by me--

Question - Almost every divine person in this world says that money is not important, whereas usual person says money is everything. but during our courses they teach you that the pursuit of wealth is important, With money we get influence, security and comfort. How can us say money is important or not when it serves many functions directly and indirectly?

Answer - Money is important likewise peace of mind, they are also important because both are two side of Coin, If a person uses money to satisfy his family's physical, emotional and spiritual need, it becomes a sacred offering. We have to remember that we are mere caretakers of the wealth we possess. We are not the real owners because we cannot take our wealth with us when we die. The Bhagavad Gita explains that everything belongs to God and he sees our intent in using our money. I know people with meager incomes who help others all the time. If people can give back to society at least a part of their earnings I'm sure the great divine will make a more return back, it will be wonderful. Wealth then becomes a beautiful offering to the Divine.

Answer was good enough to understand the power of "GIVING", but the my inner question is still unanswerable & i feel something still misses in the answer.

An Evening @ Varanasi

Don't treat this as a work of fiction, this is a personal experience. :-)

"In universe every individual has something to say, something to act, something to contribute, everyone is able to make a difference, our thinking might not able to complete it but an ability to start on thinking surly make a difference"

How can i make a "Difference"

Recently I have had a very unexpected & thrilling experience when I was at “The city of bells”, “The city of Aarti’s”, in recent era named as Varanasi, famous as Banaras, known as Kashi in ancient times, Is very well famous for “Kashi Viswanath Temple”, an old Predict about the city as only the oldest living city remains same as of from many eras. I was in city, very first time to check out some personal issues and formally one evening I visited to the famous dasaswamedh Ghat near to Kashi viswanath temple, I was sitting on stairs, looking about the poor condition of our mother river “Ganga”, People comes here to clean their all Sins, ever without thinking that their sins spread with flow of Ganga and effected many people’s directly-indirectly. After staying five to ten minute when I stood up to move back, I saw an around of fifteen to twenty foreigners (age between 6 to 40) carrying jute bags with them stepping towards the dirtiest bank of dasaswamedh Ghat, I bunged to observe about their movement, they march in the Ganga and what I see, my eyes was not ready to believe on, they just collecting dust material in their jute bags which are flowing & floating on the bank of river, after filling the jute bags they throw misuse material at their proper place i.e. in a proper “Dustbin”.

I thought to make a chat with them-:

"Hi, my name is Aryan Malhotra…from which ascent you are …?'  I asked with a formal shake hand.

"Namaste", "My name is Jackson, meet my wife Arrian".. He replied, "we're from France".

I shocked by their response in a truly traditional Indian style which somewhere we are forgetting about.

"Namaste" I replied, all peoples here belong to France…?

"No, Not at all, some from Germany, from Check Republic and few are from Australia and Russia" Jackson answered.

"Oh, by what time you people are here…?"

"Arian is here from last ten years, I joined her around nine year ago, almost all people are here from six to eight years".

"But as per my knowledge, foreigners roam here for one or two month vacations, this is not a long time to stay here, did you like this country, something here attracts you people to live for such a long vacation"

"It’s not a long time, we love this country because I and Arian meet here, she is here when I visited this place nine years back, I impressed by her dedication towards her work and from that day I decided to stay here"

"I saw you people are collecting waste material and throwing in Dustbins, very crazy thing isn’t….??"
"You can say it’s, the only obsession we've is to clean the country by doing our part."

"It’s not an easy task for you few peoples to clean this…?"
"We try our best to come here on a daily basis dear, what can we do, we did ??"..Arian said first times.

"Are you not feeling shy about this, when our country people are commenting on the way & task you people do".

"They smiled, we are doing what we feels right, what society thinks we don’t care, if all people cleans some nearby their neighbor area, like their house, if they collect the waste material to throw at proper place, if people think twice before throwing flowers, things used for pray in water, there is no need of anyone to do this, If all people complete just only their part, it is enough to make this world a beautiful place to live, am i right..?"

"Absolutely you're right, but why you take your kids…?"

"They smiled again, because they liked this; this is only time when they learn to fight with world, learning to live different, learning to make some changes, we're not doing this to earn any money, fame from here, but we're doing this only to make this a better place, besides someone has to begin this, then why don’t us".

This is really a nice meeting with you people, i can say the first & the best evening at Varanasi, you peoples are really great, sometimes I'm thinking we're going from erection to demolition and you people are doing just vice versa, it’s really a pleasure evening for me, I learned a lot from you peoples."

"Pleased to hear, Namaste" they both replied.

"Hope we'll meet again"

"Oh sure, you found us here daily at 6 PM till we're in this world" they smiled and answered.

"Thanks".

P.S - "The words used in Q&A are not exactly same as of actual discussion, I just try to express the thoughts."
